I’ve been craving new Lush products for a little bit now. So when I was somewhat near the only store in the area, I knew I had to pop in for a good old Lush Haul.
If you’ve ever visited a Lush store you know that you’re pretty much not allowed to browse alone, as every employee will try and show you every product in the store. Which sometimes can be annoying but they’re always so nice and so informed on every product, a little help never hurts. The mission of the day was finding something that would help with my recent breakouts and hydrate at the same time. Here’s everything I got:
Tea Tree Toner Tabs
As I mentioned, my skin has been acting up a little lately. So clear up a little I was advised this product. In fact, these little tabs contain tea tree and aloe vera. The tea tree oil is supposed to combat bacteria while the aloe vera rehydrates the skin. The tabs should be dropped in hot water before steaming, so they are mono use. But, a little tip, you can keep the water and use it as a toner.
Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser
When I tried this cleanser in the store I was so amazed at the effect it had on my hand. It’s a gentle cleanser but it does the job right. It leaves the skin hydrated and smooth. It contains grounded almonds that make it act like a scrub, but they’re not too harsh that it can’t be used every day.
Tea Tree Water Toner
This toner, just like the tabs, contains tea tree to eliminate bacteria. This toner removes the residues of makeup and cleanser, while the astringent component, the grapefruit, closes up the pores.
Twilight Body Spray
I instantly fell in love with the scent of the Twilight Body Spray. The blend of lavender, tonka and ylang-ylang makes this gorgeous scent that instantly calms me down. Perfect for spraying on the bed before sleep or on days where I feel particularly anxious.
Sleepy Body Lotion
Not only is this a great body lotion, but it has pretty much the same scent as the Twilight body spray. Which makes it so soothing and perfect for the before bed routine, just as the name suggests.
