My prayers have been answered, and finally, the fastest rising makeup brand Fenty Beauty is making cream blushes and bronzers. With Fenty there have been some hits and misses from me, but the hits really hit. And it’s unsurprisingly many people’s favourite brand, and it’s without a doubt one of mine.

Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Bronzers
So, bronzers. They already offer their stick products, which I reviewed here, where I described it as stiffer dryer formula than other cream stick products I’m used to. So with these pan cream bronzers, I was expecting a creamier, easier formula. And I wasn’t disappointed. This formula is very light and it’s the right compromise between sheer and pigmented. I would honestly describe it as foolproof as you don’t get maximum pigment right off the bat, allowing you to be able to blend everything seamlessly with the skin and products underneath, while also allowing to build-up if you choose to do so.
As creamy as it is I find it sets pretty well and doesn’t move around too much throughout the day. I haven’t had it for long and haven’t been able to put it down. I’m anticipating hitting pan on this sooner than any other product I already own.
Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blushes

For the blushes, I was a little disappointed in the shade range as, as much as I love blush, I tend to be picky about the colours I choose. I kept looking at the range and wishing they had something different. Now that I have tried them I don’t mind the range that much anymore though. So much so that I picked up two more shades. They’re not super pigmented right off the bat, but can be built up to the desired pigmentation. So even the colours that look the brightest in the pan can be little more subtle if you wish.
The one downside of these is that they’re really small, especially compared to the bronzers. Now, it’s rare that I would ever finish a blush but since these are so sheer you would need to use a lot more if you need to build them up. I feel these have an oilier formula compared to the bronzers, so they slide around a bit more. As my skin is very dry I don’t mind it at all, but I’m sure people with oily skin types might not enjoy this as much. My favourite shade has got to be Rosé Latte. It is the most subtle of the bunch (even though, as I mentioned the bright one can be toned down since you don’t get full pigmentation instantly) and just a perfect everyday shade!
Overall I think these are a hit! The bronzer especially I really love and the blushes haven’t replaced my favourites but I really do enjoy them!
Have you tried these? What are your thoughts on them?
